Ageing process has an effect on our bone strength as well. As we start growing older, our bones too become weaker and so also our muscles. So in order to remain healthy and fit, we should make it a habit to do some exercises every day, even if it is for only half an hour. It's not necessary to join a gym to be healthy and fit, we can also do some light exercises at home like yoga and aerobics and still remain fit and active.

Remaining healthy and disease-free isn't that difficult, if we follow a healthy lifestyle and keep away from unhealthy dietary habits. But in this fast world, we often resort to short-cuts for treating ailments. We may get relief from our ailments but in the process, we are weakening our body defence system - our immune system.
