Benefits of Exercise
Ageing process has an effect on our bone strength as well. As we start growing older, our bones too become weaker and so also our muscles. So in order to remain healthy and fit, we should make it a habit to do some exercises every day, even if it is for only half an hour. It's not necessary to join a gym to be healthy and fit, we can also do some light exercises at home like yoga and aerobics and still remain fit and active.
